Billing and
insurance:
We request
payment at the time services are rendered. In addition to cash or
checks, we accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. For extensive
treatment plans, we offer several other payment options. 5% bookkeeping courtesy is allowed when fees in excess of $1000 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is started or in advance of scheduling the appointment. Or you may use a credit card to prepay fees in excess of $1000 and receive a 3% bookkeeping courtesy. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover are all accepted in our office. Extended payment plans are available based on credit approval (American General, Norwest). Please tell us if you have dental insurance. We will assist you so that your insurance company reimburses you as speedily as possible. If you would like to review these financial
