Thank you for choosing our office! We came together as a team to describe what makes our dental practice unique, and this is what we found: we are serious about attention to detail and we have a passion for excellence in every facet of our work, but we balance this with a sense of humor and a relaxed, informal atmosphere. We want to treat each patient as we would treat a friend or loved one, to form a relationship and a partnership as we work with you to achieve a stable, healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. We are not "usual and customary." We respect you as an individual (your time and your concerns) and we feel best when we see our patients happy, healthy, confident, and comfortable about their visits with us. We want you to feel special, important and cared for every time you see us. Mission statement Our mission is to be the outstanding practice at forming long-term partnerships with dental patients; to use ever-improving knowledge, materials, and techniques to provide lasting restorations; to passionately educate patients on how to achieve and maintain lifetime dental health and wellness, and to provide patients with the highest possible VALUE and most gentle care." On-time performance We schedule office hours by appointment only, and we generally run on time. We value your time by treating your appointment as a "scheduled event". This shows respect for you and for our relationship, and makes dentistry less stressful for all concerned. For this idea to work in practice, it requires more than our commitment; we need you to also respect our time by arriving for your visits on schedule. If we work at this together, we all benefit. Our patients' concerns Much of what we do is common sense; we try to do the very best treatment the first time (if you don't have the time to do it right, when will you have the time to do it over? Also if it's hard to afford treatment, how can you afford to do it over?). We respect treatment that gives good value for time and money spent...treatment that will stand the test of time, function, and beauty. We're gentle people Many of you have had bad dental experiences in the past. We offer many techniques for making dentistry more gentle than you thought it could be, including air abrasion (no-drill decay removal), TENS, and nitrous oxide. We also offer conscious sedation, so you can have your treatment done while you're in a relaxed "daydream-like" state. We have headphones and TV monitors in all rooms, and electronic back massage is available. And, most importantly, we try to provide you with the biggest gentleness aid of all; trust.
